Krav Maga is not about feats of strength, and its techniques can be learned by anyone regardless of age, gender, size, strength or ability. Practitioners reach a high level of proficiency in a relatively short period of time. On an individual level, both adult and child Krav Maga practitioners improve their overall fitness and coordination, increase their confidence and encourages grit and determination.
